Celebrity Apprentice 3 US – Cast Announcement

Graham has told me that The Apprentice will be the next Reality Show franchise that is entered into WoBB and will be there before the premier of Celebrity Apprentice, March 14th. So, I will reveal the cast now, as NBC has already revealed that information. Fourteen celebrities have joined Donald Trump for the next season of The Celebrity Apprentice, hoping to win $250,000, I believe, for their favorite charity. The biggest conflict is that it’s a two hour show, in which I’m not sure if I can, or would watch the second hour (it runs for 2 hours) since I have a planned schedule of waking up early. I’ll likely watch the second hour later online. So, without further ado, I now announce the cast of Celebrity Apprentice 3. Get a grip on me, I’m not good with annoucning celebrities I personally know nothing about.

Bill Goldberg is famous for being in the NFL & active as a Pro Wrestler. His ties to Reality TV are host of Bullrun, which is a show I know nothing about. He has also appeared in several movies including “Ready to Rumble” and Fast Glass. I just named a couple, for you. I personally never heard of him, so it will be interesting seeing how he’ll do. Given he’s an athlete, I’m sure he’ll know how to lead a team, so I expect him to do well there, for now.

Bret Michaels is a superstar singer, producer, songwriter, who is also famous for his VH1 Reality show, Rock of Love. He’s also acted in movies such as Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Deuce Bigalo-European Jigalow. He has his own film production company partnered with Charlie Sheen. Given that he’s got his own production company, I can see how he knows how to run and manage something related to a high stakes profile. I’m once again not familiar with him and his fame much, so I’ll have to watch him and see.

Carol Leifer is a comedic writer and stand-up comic who has appeared on Oprah, Today’s Show, and Jay Leno.  I personally remember as a judge on Star Search back in 2002, or whatever, for a while, until that show died. I personally liked her as a judge for that show, along with Naimo Judd and Ben Stein, as well. Anyways, as a comedian and a writer I expect to see the creativeness brought to the team, and entertainment brought to the show’s plot.

Curtis Stone is a celebrity chef, best-selling author, tv host, and entrepreneur. She is originally from Melbourne, Australia, probably the first Aussie to participate on Apprentice. Cooking and Famous culinary is his pasion, which will help out the team he’s on tremendously when he’s working in a food-industrial task. Other than that, I’m curious to see what else he brings, as I’ve neverheard of him as well.

Cyndi Lauper is a 80′s music icon, which I’ve heard one song, only on Dance Dance Revolution, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”, so I’m borderline on knowing her, and I also know that she’s the trend starter of wild hair girls in the 80′s must’ve had. I’m not sure what she’ll add to the Apprentice, she seems like she could have the creative skills to get success from this game.

Darryl Strawberry is a baseball legend, two-time cancer survivor who speaks out for autism and community outreach, also noting he’s a best selling author. He is very successful, which will make him very goal oriented throughout his time in the Celebrity Apprentice, and made a lot of acheivements in his life, and as a child, having a dark past. I believe he’s got team experience, with youth outreach and being a baseball player, along with communications skills as an Austim speaker. I have a strong prediction he’ll last.

Holly Robinson Peete is an Actress, Author, and Activist who has a radio show called “Meet the Peetes”, airing on XM/Series satelite radio. She started her acting career very young, at age four. I personally never heard of her either, (Man, I’m bad with Hollywood, I better never go there), so I’ll be curious to meat her as well. Like Darryl, she also has ties to Autism awareness programs.

Maria Kanellis is a Pro Wrestler who appeared on the reality series’ Outback Jack & WWE Diva Search, where she got fifth place. She was a backstage interviewer for Monday night Raw. She’s also a model, where she has loads of pageant experience to go along with this. She clearly has the competitive sprit going for her, in athletics, and even from reality television. That will probably be her strong suit for her, I suppose.

Michael Johnson is an Olympic 200/400 sprinter who was a motivational speaker before that. He participated in the 1996 Olympics where he was the first man to acheive gold metals from that. In 2000, he acheived the oppotunity to be the first athlete to win consecutive gold metals. I personally was too young to follow the olympics then, so I don’t know him. I feel he’ll bring in some competitive, communication, and teamwrok skills to this season of Celebrity Apprentice.

Rod Blogojevich is a former Illinois governor who ended up impeached for political corruption. His wife, Patty Balgojevich competed on I’m A Celebrity last year, since he was not legally able to compete. To me, he can’t be the only corrupt politician, he just didn’t know how to get away with things. I can’t imagine him being able to impress anyone on his team, and maybe I sound harsh, but he has a bad reputation. Who knows, maybe this show will furthur his chances of clearing it.

Selita Ebanks is a model, who is mixed race of five different races, and also works as an activist for helping women in Seirra Leone, a country who faced a cival war and was torned years ago. She was discovered as a model at age seventeen, at an amusement park. Given she’s an organization active, I see the business and executive side of her, along with someone putting her dream, which is modeling, ahead, something I admire.

Sharon Osborne is a TV Star, who’s appeared on “The Osborns”, “America’s Got Talent”, and the “Osborne’s Variety Show”, is also a writer. I actually have seen her, weatching America’s Got Talent’s audition (I only watch their auditions, as that program runs over something else, Wipeout, I believe). I’m sure she’ll bring in some entertainment and creativity to this bunch.

Sinbad is a actror and stand-up comedian, who is considered a “Gte ‘em in the face” type of comedian. I don’t know what he’ll add to the how, not ot mention I’ve heard the name, but again, I’m never much into comedy, so It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Summer Sanders is an olympic swimmer, who recieved gold and bronze metals in 1992. In 2005, she co-hosted the show Skating with Celebrities. I think she’ll have the comuncation skills down, along with the competitive skills.

Out of the fourteen celebrities, there’s only three that I’ve physically seen on television. That would be Rod, Carol, and Sharon. It’ll be like watching a regular reality show to me, since I’m just so into my Christian music and (mainly competitive) Reality Television.
